This course covers legal issues that InfoSec
and digital forensics professionals should be well versed in.
We will approach digital forensics as a science of acquiring,
recovering, documenting, and analysis of information contained
within and created with computing devices so that evidence will
be admissible in a court of law or other legal/administrative
proceeding. This is a hybrid course (online and in-class) that
will be held on Saturdays. This course is part of the Digital
Forensics Certificate and is an elective for both the Information
Security Degree and Network
